He has managed over 2 Billion in real estate transactions and developments. He has held positions at several prominent financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

In addition to his work in finance, Mr. Fils has developed a strong track record in real estate development and financial modeling. He has played a central role in structuring complex real estate transactions, building investment models, and advising nonprofit and for-profit clients on capital stack strategies for mixed-use, affordable housing, and community-oriented developments.
