East Orange General Hospital

• Advised 175 bed community hospital on its real estate strategy
• Market research, evaluation, and determination of highest and best use for selected EOGH owned properties
• Advised on the acquisition of EOGH targeted properties
• Advised on the restructuring and recapitalization of selected EOGH owned properties
• Helped develop a plan to strategically expand the hospitals campus

YouthBuild Newark

Consulted on the acquisition and development of 75 senior housing units in partnership with the Newark Housing Authority and the City of Newark.

Advised on the structure of a partnership with a Community Development Corporation to acquire and conduct a $3 million renovation on a 12 unit apartment building and 3,000 square feet of commercial space. The building will house homeless YouthBuild students and a small business incubator.
